Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee

To feel respected as an individual, or feeling like an integral member of the team and being able to contribute to the business are important to us all. Similarly, businesses that prioritise this and recognise individuals for who they are and the diversity that they bring means that organisations can access a greater pool of talent, create more diverse teams who in turn think more creatively and can make bigger contributions to business. To support the Calisen group on its journey to develop our culture to be as inclusive as it can be and recognise and support diversity, we have established the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee (DISC). Participants are made of volunteers from across the organisation who are keen to support this agenda. The DISC will review our business practises, recommend improvements to the Executive Committee and support implementation. Team members are listed below and you will hear more from us in the coming months. If you have any questions, queries or ideas on how to improve diversity and inclusion in the workplace regardless of how big or small, then please get in touch by email at GetInTouch@calisen.com, we would love to hear from you !
