Due to rapid company growth we are currently recruiting for a number of temporary vacancies within our contact centre. We will be holding open evenings to allow candidates to come in and find out more information about the roles, have a look around the contact centre and take part in group assessments which will lead to an interview if you are successful.

To be successful you must:

Have relevant customer service experience, which could be telephone based or customer facing

Be a clear and confident communicator

Work well under pressure

Be able to work as part of a team

Be computer literate

Be able to pass a criminal record check (have no unspent convictions)

Available vacancies

Smart Team: Variety of shifts available. Tuesday – Saturday (12-8 weekdays and 9am-5pm Saturday) or Monday – Friday 12pm-8pm

The smart department are responsible for booking appointments with customers on behalf of different utility companies. As well as dealing with queries from customers and contacting engineers

 

Meter Reading Team: Part Time Monday – Friday, 4pm – 8pm but overtime often available and at least 1 Saturday a month 9am-1pm.

The team member would be responsible for ringing customers on behalf of utility suppliers to obtain their latest gas or electric meter reading

 

Traditional Team: Part Time Monday – Friday, 4pm – 8pm please note flexibility needed to cover Saturday shifts but rota in place for the agent to put their name down for overtime.

This team works on one of our smart contracts to book appointments, as well as dealing with traditional gas and electric meter exchanges.

Metering Emergency Team: Full Time 4 days during the week and Saturday 42.5 hours a week between 8am-8pm. Part Time weekend Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 9-5

Open 24/7, 365 days a year, the Emergency team deal with suppliers who have customers who are off supply for either gas or electricity due to a potential meter fault. The team are responsible for booking the emergency appointment as well as allocating it to an engineer. As first line for emergency events, they also sometimes deal with high risk situations regarding gas escapes or electrical faults, as well as every day queries from utility suppliers.
